OPRC was founded in 1962 and is one of the largest private racquet clubs nestled under the Carolina blue skies in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Club resides on 55 beautiful acres and houses 32 lighted outdoor tennis courts (27 clay, five hard), five air-conditioned hard indoor tennis courts with an upstairs viewing lounge, two platform tennis courts (a third being installed in 2024), and six pickleball courts.

What is the Tarheel Trail?
The Tarheel Trail is all the sanctioned Adult NTRP Tournaments in the State of NC where players can earn points to go towards their ranking to try and qualify for the NTRP National Championship. In NC, we currently have Levels 4-7 tournaments players can play in.

OPRC W35 Tennis Cup Event Details
The tournament will feature up to 64 professional women’s players ranked 200-300 globally, competing for $30,000 in prize money and 35 ranking points. The format includes a 32-player singles main draw, a 32-player singles qualifying draw, and a 16-team doubles main draw. Fans can enjoy singles and doubles matches, with exciting night sessions on Thursday and Friday.
